Our 30 Day Warranty

All products come with a FREE replacement warranty for 30 days from delivery. IF your purchase defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if not we are unable to process your REFUND but will be  FREE replacement warranty for 30 days - we will make sure that all of your issues are resolved.

PLEASE NOTE: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product.

Returns & Refunds

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. But we refund the price only for damaged or broken goods. Please contact us within 48 hours

In order to receive your refund please follow the steps below:

Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Used/opened products (due to hygiene reasons) or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for a return/refund.

Request your Return order Number by emailing BY FASHIONLOFT26@GMAIL.COM with a detailed reason for return and pictures or a video of the product that supports your reason.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Lost or Stolen Packages

FELI™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, FELI™ will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. 

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [Fashionloft26@gmail.com]

 

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped.
